Volunteer Opportunities

Ven y únete a nosotros para el último evento de baile latino de St. Louis.  El décimo anual  El Congreso de Salsa Bachata de St. Louis celebrará la cultura afrolatina a través de toda la interpretación de la danza a través de talleres y exhibiciones. Además, STLSC permite a los asistentes que desean avanzar y perfeccionar sus habilidades de baile, acceder a algunos de los mejores artistas de danza locales e internacionales.  Los talleres de baile van desde Salsa hasta Hip Hop para principiantes y avanzados.  Todo el que lo quiera, hay algo para ti.

Está bien, también tenemos algo para ti.  PREPÁRATE PARA ESTAR ENTRETENIDO!!  Ambas noches tienen un escaparate de baile INCREÍBLE  por Campeones Mundiales de Baile Latino, talento local y nacional que es de gran energía, dinámico y explosivo.   Al agregar nuestro escaparate, Campeones contra la trata de personas, nos ayudará a sacar a la luz el delito de trata de personas, generar conciencia, educar y ayudar a un área segura. 

Pre-Party Cover

As a Pre-Party Cover Person, you are responsible for managing the entrance and handling admission for the pre-event party. You act as both a welcoming host and a gatekeeper, ensuring that only ticketed guests or VIPs gain access while keeping the entry line moving smoothly.

Saturday Registration 

As a Saturday Registration Table Volunteer, you are the first point of contact for attendees as they arrive at the event. Your primary goal is to welcome guests, verify their registration, and provide them with their necessary entry materials to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient check-in process.

ADR Vendor Table

As a Vendor Table Attendant, you are the primary representative at the ADR Table. Your main goal is to engage passing attendees, answer questions about the products, services, or organization being featured.

Friday Registration

As a Friday Registration Table Volunteer, you are the first point of contact for attendees as they arrive at the event. Your primary goal is to welcome guests, verify their registration, and provide them with their necessary entry materials to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient check-in process.

Saturday Workshop Monitor

As a Workshop Monitor, you are the primary support person inside the workshop room. Your main goal is to ensure the workshop runs on schedule, assist the instructor with any immediate needs, and help manage wristbands are on in the room so the audience has an optimal learning experience.

Back Stage Monitor

As a Backstage Monitor, you are the critical link between the backstage preparation area and the main stage. Your primary goal is to manage the flow of performers, ensuring they are lined up, equipped, and ready to step on stage exactly when their cue arrives.

Friday workshop Monitor

As a Workshop Monitor, you are the primary support person inside the workshop room. Your main goal is to ensure the workshop runs on schedule, assist the instructor with any immediate needs, and help manage wristbands are on in the room so the audience has an optimal learning experience.

Security Friday / Saturday

As a Congress Security Volunteer, you are responsible for maintaining a safe environment and ensuring authorized access across the venue. Your primary goal is to monitor entry points, verify credentials, and assist attendees with safety directions so that the congress runs smoothly and securely.

          Decorations

As an Event Decorations Volunteer, you are responsible for bringing the visual theme of the congress to life. Your primary goal is to assist with the setup, styling, and breakdown of all physical decor across the venue—including main stages, photo backdrops, entranceways, and common areas—to create an engaging and professional atmosphere for attendees.
