Would you like to be a vendor at St. Louis' Largest Latin Dance Convention? This is an excellent opportunity to get your product in front of hundreds of dancers, and instructors from across the United States.  We are looking for jewelry, make up, Dance / Party clothing, costumes and dance shoes vendors.  

Vendor Tables


Available are 10 6' x18" tabletops with (2) chairs.  Bothe space is on a first come, First serve basis.  Vendors are responsible for the set-up and break down of your booth. Payment must be made by September 15, 2019

Vendor Passes

Vendor passes are limited to the owner plus one (1) helper to run your booth. Only one (1) full pass per table will be given to vendors and can only be used by one person.

Set-up Information

Set up starts on Friday, October 25, 2019

Break Down  Sunday Morning October 27, 2019

Extra Accessories

Extra accessories such as  extension cord, clothing racks, dressing rooms, mirrors, clothes rails, lamps, extension cords, phone lines or any other facilities.

NOTE  Electric is available please specify, however there is a $25 fee for service.  


Hotel lodging fee is separate from vendor fee and is responsibility of owner.
