Dr. Rosa Kincade
Dr. Rosa Kincaid is a licensed physician, surgeon, and Fellow of the American Academy of Family Medicine who specializes in addressing the root cellular causes of illness through nutrition and lifestyle. Her journey into plant-based medicine began with personal experimentation and research, which later gave her the foundation to successfully heal her three-year-old son’s chronic asthma through dietary changes. This pivotal experience inspired her to transition from teaching sixth grade to studying medicine. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from the Temple University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Glendale Adventist Medical Center.
After practicing in Redondo Beach, California, Dr. Kincaid relocated to a federally funded clinic in Sikeston, Missouri, to fulfill her medical student loan repayment. This role solidified her commitment to educating underserved communities on preventative health. Now based in St. Louis, she actively promotes wellness by leading raw-food workshops at Whole Foods, churches, and health fairs. An advocate for systemic change, she has testified before the CDC, the American Medical Association, and Missouri state legislators regarding the power of plant-based diets to reverse chronic disease. Board-certified in acupuncture and family practice, she integrates clinical expertise with lifestyle medicine to empower patients to unlock their innate healing potential.
